Instructions on how to Complete your Stork
Dash Shop Registration:

Fill out *all* of the information below.

Pay the required entry $40 fee.

Submit a prize worth at least $5 (you'll
see the space provided for such).

You'll receive an email, giving you a
link to go to, to get the codes for the
creative images for your site with a
little hint below the homepage image.

Once Stork Dash receives both the
payment and the prize information, we
will login and approve your
participation.

A Note for Stork
Dash Shops -- if you do not want to
participate in the current Stork Dash,
that's perfectly ok. But, if you want
to be notified of future Stork Dashes, then
please register (there is no charge to
register) so that you will automatically be
notified via email when we declare a new
Stork Dash.
All Stork Dash participation is on a
first-come, first-paid basis. |
